The equipment is manually discharged into the positioning mold by hand. There are 6 working positions of the mold. Press the start button to start the operation after the mold is fully discharged. After each working position reaches the ultrasonic position, the air cylinder is pressed down to start the bonding. After a certain bonding time is set, the air cylinder is lifted, the rotary table is rotated to the next working position, and the right air cylinder acts synchronously. The material is received when the clamping exits the mold, A material receiving frame can be placed next to the frame
When the air cylinder presses down to bonding and the air cylinder receives the material, manually place a mask into the positioning mold, and the time of putting in is synchronous with the bonding time.
The rotation time of the equipment can be set according to the speed of manual discharging to ensure that there are materials placed in the beat and each station. The equipment can count the capacity of the shift.
The operation mode of the equipment is standing operation. It must be ensured that the mask placed is in the exact position of the mold. If it is placed askew, it will cause poor sealing.
