HW368 High-speed Yarn Doubling Machine:
Applicability:
Mainly applicable to joining cotton, wool, polyester, chemical fiber and blended yarns, also applicable to doubling spandex yarns, double raw material bobbins of different specifications into parallel bobbins for processing on short twisting machine.
Main Features:
To double diverse short fiber, long fiber single filament yarns. Good speed bundling performance, homogeneous tension; Stable later unwinding job; Stable and reliable grooved bobbin formation, applicable to may varieties; Electronic end breakage detector integrated with electronic length-determining device not only to stop entrance of single filament yarns and double added filament yarns, but also to gain bobbin in uniformed length so that quality of products could become still higher; Straight yarn tracks are applied for yarn passage, which has avoided tension change in the process of doubling; Logic & clear yarn guide structure makes operation more advantageous even in case of many machine units and very high machinery speed along with lowest energy consumption and noise.
