The energy-saving rare earth permanent magnetic motor:
Three phase rare earth permanent magnetic motor is a type of synchronous motor, it can be started by asynchronous or variable frequency mode, with no slip S, no Fe, Cu loss of rotor principal wave ( Pfe2=0, Pcu2=0). The rotor is excited by permanent magnetic material, so there is no exciting current, and the Power Factor is very high, the reactive current is reduced, the current and the Cu loss of the stator is reduced at the same time, so the efficiency is increased.
In a word, the rare earth permanent magnetic motor save the electric energy by reduce various loss by itself.

1.The efficiency curve of the asynchronous motor is declining fast in 60% load, and the efficiency of the light load is very low. The efficiency curve of the rare earth permanent magnetic motor is in high efficiency area in 20%~120% rated load.
2.The efficiency of the BXYT 7.5KW rare earth permanent magnetic motor is 94.1% in actual measurement.
